Qisqa mazmun
This article examines how School Improvement Plans (SIPs) can be redefined as strategic tools for genuine school development, rather than treated as routine administrative documents. Based on international research and practical experiences from school leadership, it highlights several common limitations in current SIPs, including limited collaboration, unclear objectives, and excessive focus on tasks set by external systems. The article offers a clear, step-by-step guide to help school leaders create context-sensitive SIPs that incorporate reflection, input from stakeholders, and measurable goals for improvement
